FCA Investment Labels Explained 1: Sustainability Improvers and Sustainability Focus

Sustainability Improvers invests mainly in assets that may not be sustainable now, with an aim to improve their sustainability, and Sustainability Focus invests mainly in assets that focus on sustainability for people or the planet. 

The FCA requires firms to discuss the new Sustainability investment labels with all investment clients from 31 July.  In these sessions you will get to hear directly from fund managers about why they are using a particular label, what benefits it can offer investors and how advisers will benefit from the increased reporting and disclosure that the new label regime is bringing in.
