Vera Kukic
Vera leads the strategy and sustainability practices at IBM Consulting, advising financial institutions on how to optimise strategy, product design and reporting to address climate challenges, and broadening the understanding of how data and technology contribute to sustainability solutions. Vera has over 20 years of C-suite consulting experience spanning delivery of large-scale business and technology transformations, with expertise in strategy, operating model design and execution. Vera is passionate about raising awareness of the full supply chain for a holistic global approach to sustainability, drawing on her extensive experience across Western Europe, Eastern Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. She serves as Non-Executive Director of the Thames Estuary Growth Board and sponsors the Digital Infrastructure workstream. Prior to joining IBM, Vera led teams at EY and Oliver Wyman. She holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc Hons in Computer Science and Information Systems from Rhodes University, South Africa.
