Quinn Massaroni is Associate Director, ESG Product at Janus Henderson Investors, a position she has held since 2024. She joined the firm in 2021 as an ESG research and development analyst. Before this, Quinn spent three years at Sustainalytics supporting investors with ESG integration. She began her career in marketing and communications.

Quinn earned a bachelor of arts and sciences degree in politics and law, graduating magna cum laude, and a master of arts in communication, both from Bryant University. She has 6 years of ESG and financial industry experience.
