Matt Bond is a Senior Consultant at Small World Consulting, specialising in supply chain Scope 3 greenhouse gas accounting and decarbonisation strategies for organisations. Working with organisations ranging from telecoms giant BT to pioneering plant-based ice cream producer Jude’s, Matt helps clients quantify their supply chain emissions with no exclusions, fully understand the results and their real-world implications, and develop decarbonisation strategies with the ambition and urgency required to tackle the climate crisis. Matt’s work includes building and maintaining both quantitative tools – such as process-based LCA, spend-based EEIO and hybrid approaches – and qualitative frameworks for broader sustainability assessment. Matt especially enjoys making the complexities of supply chain carbon relatable and accessible to different audiences.
