John Swallow is a Director of TEST Consulting and is responsible for leading the organisation’s strategic direction including technical and business development. 

For over 30 years John has worked across several industries, including automotive, manufacturing, building automation & IT.  He has spent a number of years working on energy reduction strategies, including projects focused on improving energy efficiency, from Capex/Opex models through to full operation ‘as a service’ leases. 

John is a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 50001, a member of the Associate Consultant Program for BSI, a CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant for Building Design, Energy Management Systems (EnMS), an ESOS Lead Assessor as well as a Registered EnCO Consultant.
