Joanna (Founder & CPO) has spent her career across sustainability and product.  She has brought these two passions together to build Trace and is passionate about helping SMBs decarbonise. 

Joanna has a first-class Masters in Engineering and began her career in the UK’s first retail renewable energy provider. She has over 10 years’ experience in platform development - building & scaling products globally. At Trace, Jo leads our product development, marketing and UK operations.
