Hélène Mattei joined Salesforce 3 years ago as an Solution Engineer and then as a Solution Engineering manager, and has been UK Earthforce co-president since last year.

Earthforce is one of 13 Equality Groups at Salesforce and is dedicated to promoting and celebrating environmental responsibility both at Salesforce
and in the communities.

As part of this role, Hélène developed the "Sustainability Storytellers" training program, now rolling out globally. This initiative empowers employees to confidently discuss sustainability concepts, fostering environmental responsibility within Salesforce and beyond.
