Heleen is co-founder and CEO of KEY ESG, a global software company which helps investors and companies to collect, report and improve their ESG and carbon data and performance. She started her career as a Private Equity professional for AlpInvest before gaining tech industry experience for a rapidly scaling SaaS business, Collibra; she then spent five years at AtlasInvest before co-founding KEY ESG. Heleen combines her PE and software experience as CEO of KEY ESG to address the challenges posed by evolving regulation and historic data collection methods with an automated, tech-enabled ESG management tool.

Heleen holds a Masters in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
