Freddie co-founded Beyond Belief Brewing Co. in order to tackle the ever-growing problem of food waste. Producing all their drinks from surplus materials, including the world’s first ‘fresh pasta beer’, they are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the Craft Beer industry.
Drawing from a background in Conservation Science, Freddie works to ensure they integrate positive impact into all activities, from working with nature charities, to integrating biodiversity gain into the supply chain.
