Ely is a Managing Partner at the Article Six Group and Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he researches and teaches climate finance and policy. Ely’s background is in finance, where he was a senior advisor to the international CEO of Morgan Stanley, working across the bank’s capital markets and investment banking divisions. Ely has also served as a Senior Consultant to the World Bank and is currently advising HomeBiogas on climate finance and carbon markets.
