As ESG Manager, Ellen leads the development and implementation of Clarion’s global ESG strategy and framework which focuses on the Planet, Customers, Communities, and People.

This includes the commitment to the UFI Net Carbon Zero Event pledge. In Ellen’s 18 months at Clarion she has introduced sustainability and procurement policies, calculated the Group’s carbon footprint, initiated event level data collection, fostered a global community of Sustainability Champions, and increased external reporting.

Ellen is a Practitioner of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, and represents Clarion at the Association of Exhibition Organisers Sustainability sub-group.
