Caroline is the Senior Business Development and Sustainability Manager at Enovation Consulting, a specialist sports and sustainability consultancy supporting sports rights holders and venues to embed environmental and social best-practise in their organisations. Clients include Silverstone Circuit, AS Roma and the European Club Association.

In her former role as Operations and Sustainability Manager at Southampton Football Club, Caroline was instrumental in the development and launch of the club’s sustainability strategy ‘The Halo Effect’ and played a key role in the club being recognised for its progress in becoming more environmentally sustainable by rising from 18th place to 3rd place in the 2021/2022 Premier League Sustainability table. She was also the driving force behind several of the club’s most powerful initiatives, including the Home-Grown project which involved planting trees for every Academy and RTC graduate making their first team debut and the first-ever ‘Greener Game’ against Arsenal FC.
