In the face of a changing climate, unfortunately we all need to think harder about climate adaptation and resilience. Richmond Council have developed a climate risk mapping approach to identify areas and communities most at risk of the impacts of climate change, and are using this to develop climate adaptation projects and to shape a new approach to climate adaptation and resilience as part of a new Climate Emergency Strategy for the borough.
