Hoxton Farms grow real animal fat – without the animals – to make meat alternatives that look, cook and taste like the real thing. Starting with cultivated meat, Hoxton Farms are building the world’s most scalable and cost-effective platform for mammalian cell biomanufacturing. Hoxton Farms' first product is cultivated pork fat, which has an identical profile to pork fat, no ultra-processed ingredients, antibiotics or seed oils. Cofounded in 2020 by Max Jamilly and Ed Steele, Hoxton Farms are a team of 40 based in London.
