Team Jump is the UK’s leading provider of bespoke sustainability engagement programmes. We are on a mission to empower people to take action for a sustainable future. We work with organisations to help them harness their people power so that they can exceed their sustainability goals. Our solutions are fully managed, using a combination of technology, communications, and rewards to create habit-forming actions that deliver real impact.

We create a custom desktop and mobile platform for each of our clients. This platform motivates members to compete with each other, by performing more sustainable actions, earning more points and reaching the top of the leaderboard to win a monthly reward.

Each programme is delivered by a Client Success Manager and an Engagement Manager to drive awareness, usage, and engagement. We personally provide a communications plan, assets, and support to the programme. Not only does our platform measure impact data, but our team also regularly provides programme engagement data.
